Julia Shanker

Julia Shanker is an award-winning journalist, creative strategist, and co-founder of Story Glass Partners, a consulting agency that takes a journalistic approach to brand storytelling. Her work has appeared in New York Magazine and Elephant Magazine, and she has worked in editorial at Rolling Stone.

Julia completed her MFA in Literary Reportage from New York University in May 2026, where she focused on long-form writing and immersive reporting. Her thesis is forthcoming in The New York Times Magazine.

Julia’s brand storytelling experience spans copywriting, video production, and creative strategy across industries ranging from fintech to luxury fashion.
